QUSHi (the "App" and "Website") is operated by QUSHi ("we", "us", "our") and serves a trading education and community platform. We provide simulated trading using virtual coins (including buy, sell, short-sell, and cover), a social feed for traders, and video tutorials to help users learn trading concepts.

- Community Content: posts, comments, images, videos you upload; portfolios and simulated trading activity you choose to make visible.
- Tutorial Engagement: courses or videos watched, progress, feedback.
- Communications: messages you send to us (support, feedback), and form submissions.

4. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Provide and operate the App/Website (including simulated trading, social features): Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Account management and support: Performance of a contract and Legitimate interests.
- Tutorials and educational content personalization: Legitimate interests to improve learning outcomes.
- Analytics (Google Analytics or similar): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) via our cookie preferences banner.
- Marketing communications and personalized content: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection: Legitimate interests.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your personal data.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining your account, providing the App, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.

QUSHi is not intended for children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without valid consent, we will delete it.

Trading in QUSHi is simulated using virtual coins and does not involve real money or actual brokerage transactions. Any performance metrics, leaderboards, or portfolios are simulated and for educational purposes only. Do not rely on simulated performance as indicative of future results.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated version and updating the effective date above.
